The Media
(Accidently?)
Missed this one!!!!
Denzel Washington,
and
Brooks
Army Medical
Center
Don't know whether
you heard about this
but Denzel
Washington and his family
visited
the troops at Brook
Army Medical Center , in
San Antonio ,Texas (BAMC) the other day. This
is where soldiers who have been evacuated from
Germany come to be hospitalized in the United
States, especially burn victims There are some
buildings there called Fisher Houses. The Fisher
House is a Hotel where soldiers' families can stay,
for little or no charge, while their soldier is staying
in the Hospital. BAMC has quite a few of these houses
on base, but as you can imagine, they are almost filled
most of the time.
While Denzel
Washingtonwas visiting BAMC,
they gave
him a tour of one of the Fisher Houses. He asked how
much one of them would cost to build.
He took his check
book out and wrote a check for
the full
amountright
there
on the spot. The soldiers overseas were amazed
to hear
this story and want to get the word out to the American
public, because it warmed their hearts to hear
it
The question
is-
why
do:
Britney
Spears, Lindsay
Lohan,
Paris
Hilton,
Tom
Cruise and
other Hollywood fluff
make front page news
with their ridiculous
antics
and
Denzel
Washington's Patriotism
doesn't even make page 3 in the Metro section of
any newspaper except the Local newspaper in San
Antonio .

PEOPLE
By Charlie Reese
Politicians are the only
people in the world who create problems and then campaign against them.
Have you ever wondered, if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, WHY
do we have deficits?
Have you ever wondered, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, WHY do
we have inflation and high taxes?
You and I don't propose a federal budget. The president does.
You and I don't have the Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations. The House of
Representatives does.
You and I don't write the tax code, Congress does.
You and I don't set fiscal policy, Congress does.
You and I don't control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does.
One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one president, and nine Supreme Court justices
545 human beings out of the 300 million are directly, legally, morally, and
individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.
I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by
the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty to
provide a sound currency to a federally chartered, but private, central bank.
I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason. They have no legal
authority. They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman, or a president to
do one cotton-picking thing. I don't care if they offer a politician $1 million
dollars in cash. The
politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises,
it is the legislator's responsibility todetermine how he votes.
Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not
their fault. They cooperate in this common con regardless of
party. What separates a
politician from a normal human being is an excessive amount of gall. No normal
human being would have the gallof a Speaker, who stood up and criticized the President
for creating deficits. The president can only propose a budget.
He cannot force the Congress to accept it.
The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to the
House of Representatives for originating and approving appropriations and taxes.
Who is the speaker of the House? Nancy Pelosi. She is the
leader of the majority party. She and fellow House members, not the president, can
approve any budget they want. If the president vetoes it, they can pass it over his
veto if they agree to.
It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million cannot replace 545 people who stand
convicted -- by present facts -- of incompetence and irresponsibility. I
can't think of a single domestic problem that is not traceable directly to those 545
people. When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise the power of the
federal government, then it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist.
If the tax code is unfair, it's because they want it unfair.
If the budget is in the red, it's because they want it in the red .
If the Army & Marines are in IRAQ , it's because they want them in IRAQ
If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement plan not
available to the people, it's because they want it that way.
There are no insoluble government problems.
Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose
jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they can reject; to regulators,
to whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take this power.
Above all, do not let them con you into the belief that there exists disembodied
mystical forces like "the economy," "inflation," or "politics" that prevent them from
doing what they take an oath to do.
Those 545 people, and they alone, are responsible.
They, and they alone, have the power.
They, and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses.
Provided the voters have the gumption to manage their own employees.
We should vote all
of them out of
office and clean up their mess!

Einstein once said, 'The definition of
insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different
results.'
It is the poor who habitually
elect Democrats---yet they are still...
POOR
"You cannot help the
poor by destroying the rich. You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the
strong. You cannot bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift. You cannot lift
the wage earner up by pulling the wage payer down. You cannot further the brotherhood
of man by inciting class hatred. You cannot build character and courage by taking away
people's initiative and independence. You cannot help people permanently by doing for
them, what they could and should do
for themselves."

In the last 18 months 45% of the world's wealth has
evaporated.
The real estate
market has contracted 6 trillion dollars in value.
U.S. unemployment is at an all
time high and domestic production is shrinking at a never-before-seen rate as our economic
engines wind down.
The stimulus is a
joke and China holds 2 trillion dollars of our Treasuries but, then again, China has been our
rice bowl ever since Jimmy Carter started borowing from them.
Ever since, each
new incoming President decries the lack of human rights in China, talks about their
industrial espionage and knock-of manufacturing practices and then sends an emmisary to
borrow more money.
This time The
Kenyan, himself, will be heading to the London economic confernce and put the knee pads on
before Wen Jiabao.
Because, if the
Chinese stop giving us money and instead commit to the 8% domestic growth they have targeted,
there will be no banking crisis.
You can't have a
crisis, if something no longer exists.
By September, this
country will be in a worse state than before the stimulus was passed.

Ranting Rich
Speaks
And his is all
ours...right here from New Jersey.
Since facts cannot be denied and the global implications of this downturn are
way beyond the capablities of the neomarxist Obama to formulate an appropriate plan to minimize the
damage to the US, two results will take place.
American enterprise will
either initiate its own recovery or we become a "2nd" world nation on the way to becoming a 3rd
world entity once current assets, energy and skills are absorbed, used up or
stolen.
Look this isnt a mystery. Since
WWII the growing plague of the have nots with their propensity to succumb to marxist terror and
dictatorship, along with the lazy euro cultural pathos for socialism as currently seen in
France, Holland, Sweden etc merely fuels the kamakazi like expansion of the islamic hate
agenda.
While the Muslim doesnt need saki
to stir his excitement to kill, destroy as the japanese did during WWII to render to the
emperor, the Muslim is actually a more dangerous entity since he cannot be diverted by any means
known to civilized man to adjust his destiny to a more peaceful, neighborly
existence.
I would rather call this global
activity a "gang up", not only through islamic "point of the spear" activities that keep us
nervous and looking over our shoulder but without disdain or profiling the Muslim........others
are doing their deeds to end our economic strength and military influence. Whether a bastard
like Soros who uses his financial arm to destroy nations rather than enhance mankind........or a
simpleton like Barney Frank who basically is a brainless homosexual, along with an addled Nancy
Pelosi whose concepts of governance are based on some perverted set of values that at best would
be considered as traitorous by the founders.
In the begining we had
"founding fathers" who although disagreed on actions, were in fact astute, with foresight all
for the betterment of the new nation, this pack of politicians today is the antithesis of the
founders. To get back on issue.......since WWII, this morphosis began at the Ivy league
university that provided this nation with "leaders"......hence the result is in fact Bill
Clinton, G. Bush, and now Obama.......not to mention all the players in the lower ranks who are
often not duly known by the dumbed down masses......this ranges from Ted Kennedy to Ward
Churchill, the black caucus, aclu......etc.
After the high end university was
polluted....they moved on down to the state colleges, then the high schools. The disdain for
American history, culture and innovation is so apparent down to the primary school level by
avoiding teaching, good or bad, the growth and success of this nation, as well as the sacrifices
made over and over to feed, protect and elevate those who are not as
fortunate.
We removed Washington and Lincoln
as icons and put in lesser persons to occupy the calendar. "They" have removed veterans, war
heros and pioneers from the roster of greatness and replaced them with moronic sports figures,
actors and no talent rappers. Of course our mistakes are highlighted constantly, but the good is
ignored. You cannot discuss a single historical or political event without the injection of
slavery.......yet as a 'NATION" (not european colonies) we harbored slavery less than 80 yrs
(ratification of the constitution 1787 to the end of the civil war 1865). Yet other nations used
slavery for centuries and some especially those beloved 3rd world dumpholes in Africa, the
Mideast still practice the deed. Besides the fact that europeans dragged the institution to N.
America, it didnt erupt from the soil but started with Spain, Holland, England, France. Now this
slavery issue is used in grammar school to instill a guilt factor to the entire progeny of white
children who in most cases probably didnt have ancestors in this hemisphere before the early
1900's. This method of blame, going to the children, students and those exposed to a limited
world view has permeated into business, environment, entertainment, communications, where only
Americans must "atone", yet the bastards who maim women and children, behead, torture, starve
and attack in the night are "freedom fighters".
This is most obvious in the U.N.
which is a useless club of dressed up degenerates who come to NYC to live a comfortable life
away from their backward 3rd world trash heaps while insulting the host.
A consequence of the US dumbing down is the 30 or 20 ish crowd that
swoons for Obama, who in fact is an empty suit with no ability to address the issues at hand, but
the ipod, PC, texting, generation......since Bubba Clinton, views national leadership like they do
"American Idol"........a popularity contest.
Instead of a hiring for service
skills, rational decisions and an informed policy. Your grown children have handed you a mandate
to accept the reduction of your assets, the clearing away of your late term employment, your
pensions, yet you still feel obligated to provide them a soft landing in life? It seem rather
oxymoronic that the same children you want to "provide better" for have become lazy, guilt
ridden, judgemental and unwilling to flip the burger, clean the toilet, weld iron, pick up a
wrench, use a shovel as part of the learning to connect with earth, labor and getting to
understand how we got here to be as fortunate as we have been.
Their values are not yours, if
they didnt earn it........but you or your parents earned it.....what the hell ,there is more
where that came from ....right? You produced the Frankenstein, now you want to teach him fine
arts? Remember when neighborhoods watched other peoples' kids? Remember when cursing at the old
guy got you a spanking? Remember when a kid had to earn some money to buy a whim? Remember
chores?
Look at the operatives in the failing Citigroup, AIG, GM, GE,
etc.....greed finally bites them in the ass and their hacks in congress could no longer legislate
their survival. Frank, Dodd, Raines, Gorelick, Rubin........tried to manipulate the game and the
wind blew over their cards.
Now they use the media to "dumb
down" the public a bit more. OOOO......let's get those bonus checks back from AIG
wonks!.....Really how about getting the 90 million Raines took while working at Freddy mac, or
the millions Gorelick grabbed at Fannie, while buying up the dead mortgages. That which Frank
and Dodd legislated for subprime interest only no money down mortgages for those suffering
illegals and minorities who just didnt earn enough for that $300,000 home, dream they so
deserved?.........May they rot in hell.
How about the 40 billion that
went overseas from AIG already.....oops no mention of that! It's amazing how the 20 somethings
voted their future income and livelihoods down the toilet because their narrow minds, narrow
views prefered the "good talker, the diversity candidate, the multicultural activist" and
despised the old generation, the specter of their grandfather or anything of the past,
regardless of the knowledge or reasoning. Now when the 20 something complains about his
lot........I smile and respond........."just make sure you pay your taxes, its your
destiny".
All this and I havent even
stepped into ........New Jersey and Corzine! Can we say "Goldman Sachs" genius? That will be
another day. Just remember......"WHAT MAOBAMA GIVETH, CORZINE TAKETH". Also left off the
table......illegals, the Mexican collapse, Chinese trade balance (or the importation of crap),
and the purposefully left out health care and gay marriage.....both of which are dead end topics
and diversions for the socialists. Somebody please send Barney Frank a comb and bib and Pelosi
lifetime therapy..........Massachusetts and California lead the nation in pathetic choices, but
NJ, NY are not far behind.
